Our Associates are mostly MBAs with specializations in Human Resource Management and Marketing and M.Sc in Applied Psychology, Human Development; with their graduate degrees being a healthy mix of science, commerce, business management etc. Our associates come with experience gained in different sectors, family run businesses, MNCs, new-age Indian firms like dotcoms, executive search & recruitment firms, their former businesses and the everyday work at Polaris.
Freshers joining us in support roles are guided by experienced associates to grow into independent or team member positions. Associates have informal work relationships that enable them to support each other on delivering the utmost value through each client engagement. We relax through our informal experience sharing and update our knowledge and skills required every now and then.
Amidst all this intense work, our associates find their islands of rejuvenation in listening to music, painting, dancing, walking, exercising, practicing yoga, catching up with friends & family, of course watching the television with the rest of India, reading, playing chess, cricket, table tennis & carom, listening to discourses on Bhagavatham, watching movies in many languages, making gifts for family & friends, browsing the net, shopping, home improvement, personal care, Watching specific T.V. programmes, collecting proverbs, eating, long drives, photography, cooking, developing network, travelling, gardening, collecting greetings, philately.
One thing that ties this band together is their passion for seeing Human Resources and Businesses working in symphony towards success in their roles and markets. |
